Will your film keep me safe from cell towers and my smart meter?

Regarding specific RF emanations: all cell towers operate on various frequencies and power levels depending on how many carriers are using (Verizon, AT&T, etc.), how dense the area, distance, and coverage needed, etc. Same with smart meters…. what frequency, how often does it connect, how far, what power level, direction, etc.…. they are all different.
